European Christian Mission has been involved in church planting and other Christian ministries in Europe for over 120 years. Working in 25 countries with more than 280 members, our passion is to see the peoples of Europe transformed in the name of Jesus Christ.
In order to facilitate appropriate delivery of our 5 key areas of oversight (Ministry Guidance, Accountability, Networking, Empowerment and Member care), ECM arranges our workers and ministries into regional Clusters and we are keen to see each of these with a committed and equipped leadership. Providing a pivotal leadership role within ECM's field ministries structure, the Cluster Leader, together with the Cluster Leadership Team, has the opportunity to ensure the outworking of ECM Values, Mission and Strategic goals. As well as creating an inspiring and supportive environment for our existing workers, there is also scope for new service opportunities and partnerships.
We are looking for a Cluster Leader for Austria to oversee the ministries and workers there. These are based in Dornbirn, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Villach and Vienna. Our prime ministries are evangelism, discipleship and church development. The ability to speak German is desirable and a willingness to travel to meet the workers is necessary. This is a self-funded role.
